The Scentsy Compensation Strategy

Becoming an Independent Scentsy Consultant allows you to enjoy a flexible work week and be able to set your own goals and objectives. Here an  overview of the Scentsy Compensation.

 

Our Compensation Plan is among the most generous in the industry. A Scentsy Consultant has the opportunity to earn more than 30% on individual product sales and make a leadership bonus of as much as 9% on their entire down line volume of the individuals you recruit and train.

With just a $1,000 in individual product sales, you’re promoted to 25% commission and you never go back again!  Sell $2,000 in individual product sales in any month and make an extra 5%.

Here’s a quick example to show you how much money you can easily make (using VERY conservative numbers) with a few hours of “work” as a Scentsy consultant.

Let’s say you introduce Scentsy Candles to 54 people in the first month.  Maybe you throw 4 parties with 10 people at each of the parties, a basket party at your work or church and a couple of people via your website.  Suppose the average customer buys $37.20 worth of products (which is very realistic).  As a consultant, you earn a 25% commission on all sales.  So just from those 54 people, you’ll make $500 in commissions (50 customers x $37.20 per person x 25% commission).  $500 of profit from the 4 parties is pretty impressive; especially when you consider that you will probably only “work” or “party” for around 15 hours to make that much money.

But orders placed at the party are only the beginning!  Almost everyone who tries Scentsy falls in love with it and orders more, and everyone who bought from you at the party will continue to buy through you.  Let’s be conservative and suppose that you continue to introduce Scentsy to 54 new people each month for the next 12 months.  That is 648 (54 people x 12 months) potential future customers.  Suppose just 65% of those customers each place another $90 order (one new warmer and 12 bars) in the next 12 months.  Your commission will be $1,000 per month (648 customers x 65% x $90 per customer x 32% commission divided by 12 months).  Remember, aside from sending in a few orders now and again, you don’t have to do anything to earn these commissions.  All the “work” was already done months ago.  The following year, they will continue to place orders.  That’s the best part about selling a product that everyone loves… most of your business comes from repeat customers.  We call that Residual Income.
